Portrait on 120 cupakes

This 'portrait' is done on 120 chocolate cupcakes with 'buttercream' paint.

I have to admit this is extremely challenging as its a huge portrait. Nevertheless... it was truly an experience...

A very nice lady and her sister took the initiative to find a nice cake for their mom even though Mother's Day was a couple of weeks ago...
They have selected a 'CARNATION' themed for their lovely mom... and brought the cake all the way from KL to Kuantan to celebrate Mother's Day with their mom.

Red Rayban Wayfarer

This cake is for a friend's little bro who is in his school's Editorial Board.. Apparently everyone in the Board has got a pair of cool Red Rayban Wayfarer Sunglasses.. it's like their Trademark kinda thing..
So they requested a simple Moist Chocolate Cake covered with chocolate ganache with their symbolic trademark for their event this afternoon.

Here's another happy little princess who just celebrated her 4th birthday a week ago... with her 'Princess' butter cupcakes with vanilla buttercream which she shared them with all her school friends...
Caitlin is such a bubbly girl... and anyone who meet her would fall in love with her immediately.. I know I did :)

Baked this cake for a little girl who loves princesses... tiaras, butterflies..fairy tales..... and anything in pink!!
Am glad to know that she loves the cake and so do all her tiny friends...
