Shanghai Mooncake

Since Mooncake festival is around the corner.. thought I try my hands on some of these...
Am not really a mooncake fan... but since this is slightly different from the normal baked or ping pei mooncakes...why not...
This Shanghai Mooncake has a different kind of skin... it's like pastry skin.. which sorta balance out the sweetness of the lotus paste...
So here it is... Shanghai mooncake with pure lotus paste and it's bite size too! :D not the huge ones where you would feel 'jai' just by looking at it.. Nice eh!
