Minty Chocolate Chips

Something that I whipped up last night... and due to logistic issue... the cuppies looked a bit messy because some toppled :p *bleh!*
Anyone up for some minty chocolate chip cuppies ?

Cassie's last minute Birthday cake for her now, hubby.. is something very simple... Chocolate moist with lots of chocolate cream in between...

For the past 2 weeks.. I have been baking nothing but Chocolate cakes... until I think I can bake another one in my sleep! hehehe!!

Been thinking of baking a carrot walnut cake... any takers ?

Cassie's Hantaran

Cassandra is having her Nikah ceremony tomorrow and she requested me to help her to bake a Hantaran cake for her soon husband to be..

She said she wants nothing fancy but a simple 2 tier cake..both chocolate cakes with melting chocolate cream inside of coz!!

Covered with white fondant, it's alslo wrapped with loads of magenta apple blossoms and purple violets and violet leafs.. topped with a bit of silver lustre to give it a shimmering look..

Cassie said for her wedding reception in July, she wants me to create a 5 tier cake for her and I went like... Uh???? You sure arr? That means I have to start to prepare my work in May.. heheheh!!

On top of that, she informed me yesterday that, it's also her hubby to be birthday tomorrow... and pleaded me to whip up a simple simple cake ... chocolate again... and get me to bring over tomorrow morning when I attend her Nikah ceremony. Sigh... why do I succumb to all these last minute stuff? Haih.. And I still have not thought of any design yet and i got to deliver tomorrow.. :p Cham!!

Anyway... here's the masterpiece for Cassie's Nikah Ceremony and my dear Cassandra, Congratulations to you and welcome to the dark side!! :D

Giant Strawberry

I have a client who told me her girlfriend loves everything about strawberries... So for her birthday.. he requested for something very strawberry...

So this is what I did for him...

He collected the Cake last night about 11ish... and an hour later texted me.. 'She loves it!!' Thanks a lot!!'

I'm so glad that I'm able to contribute to that... And that's exactly what I want to do with my creations..

It's actually a buttercake.. with loads of strawberries and fresh whipped cream in

between layers.. And covered with fresh whipped cream all over...

So.. is this 'Strawberry' enough ?

Princess Thea

It's been a while since I last post my cake creation... Been busy with experimenting with lots of new recipes.. and it was great!!

Here's my latest creation for a 3 year old birthday girl... her mommy told me she likes Cinderella and Chocolate.. But then, I created Princess Thea for her instead.. with lots of butterfly ribbons and daisies...
